Refused to fix My 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan that I took Home and scan the same evening after purchase. the vehicle has a Code P0306 Cylinder 6 Misfire. I took the vehicle back the next morning and they refuse to fix it. This for a vehicle they listed as Certified and has 1000 miles 3 Months warranty. So much for their 100 + vehicle inspection. Exploring all available options available to me. So disappointed in Arrigo after 2 previous vehicles purchases. There will not be a 4th, for sure. More

The dealership added a "premium protect plus" on my invoice, the price started at 3k dollars, when I was ready to walk out the price went to $795.
