He actually remembered meeting me for a whole 5 minutes several months before this! It was only an hour before closing time when I got there and they went above and beyond for me and stayed after closing time to make sure everything went smoothly for me. I disliked, and will always dislike, deciding on prices by trying to haggle or compromise with the seller. Fortunately there was very little (but still some) of that because the price on their website was relatively low and so they marked down the price on paper to match the website. Overall Malcolm and the team created a really smooth and easy process to allow me to quickly drive out of there with a great car. More
