I understand this trucks have a failure of these co April 29th 2024, I was expecting something like this to be done in a span of maybe 3 weeks or so. I understand this trucks have a failure of these components that’s what they are known for. First things first I never received a call to get an update on what’s going on for the first 2 weeks it was there. I had called and called and called and all they would tell me was to stay on the line and they’ll check. They would say they’re still working on it or I’ll call you back in 30 min and never call. After calling for a third week I found out that they have been trying to contact me for the past 2 weeks to request a breakdown of my truck. Which somehow their phone number wouldn’t call my cellphone. Weird if they saw I wasn’t reachable why not try from another phone? Time passed, after maybe 1 month warranty ended up calling stating it was not going to be covered because my truck was lifted and modified. So my engine is malfunctioning over something that is known for YEARS TO MALFUNCTION and you’re worried that my truck is lifted? Dealership called me saying that if I payed $350 dollars that would upgrade my policy to cover the cost of the work on my truck that’s the only way the warranty would cover it. So I said ok better than paying $7000. I left for vacation for 2 weeks and my dad went to the dealership and asked for an update on the truck and they told him that somebody had picked up my truck and and they broke down and they had to tow it back in due to a coolant leak. But I was never told this happened! Then to cover it up they told my dad a whole other story and they confused him as a another customer. Finally I picked up my truck on July 19th and when they were giving me the paperwork I noticed that there were sticky notes on my paperwork literally saying it was towed in because of low coolant. They guy at the desk didn’t explain to me what they did or anything just handed me my keys and said your good. I was so fed up I just wanted to have my truck already and leave. Well my truck was not in the front parking lot so I told him and he said it’s probably in the back let me go bring it. He pulled up to the front and man the amount of scratches my truck had front bumper, side panels, back bumper. I had texted my service advisor about this and she said to go back Monday to talk to the service manager but I couldn’t cause Monday I would leave for a 1 month long vacation. I’m extremely dissatisfied and I don’t even wanna take my truck back to graff to fix the scratches because then who knows what else they will do. I don’t know what else to do either. More
