I purchased my Hyundai Santa Fe back in February 2023. The day after bringing it home, the A/C was not cooling and the check engine light was on! I reached out to the sales person that helped me and at fi The day after bringing it home, the A/C was not cooling and the check engine light was on! I reached out to the sales person that helped me and at first the service manger Antonio said to put my warranty to use to get it checked out. I was not going to be able to get an appt until June, that’s a 4 month wait. Then I was told I could bring it in and they would get everything fixed and give me a loaner, so that’s great. I’m traveling from Austin, I get the call 2 weeks later that it’s ready. I go to pick up and return back home. The next day the check engine light is on AGAIN! I was told to now reach out to warranty because they checked the car and there was no check engine light on after they looked at it. So I decided to schedule with Hyundai, at this point there’s nothing else I can do but wait. It’s now time for an oil change, I’ve just been informed it’s now leaking transmission oil!!!! I’m extremely disappointed, DO BETTER Shottenkirk Nissan, Katy Tx. More

Malick, our salesman, Andrew our finance man, and Marco, the general sales manager all worked extremely hard to make sure my husband and I got ever !! We bought two vehicles from them in two days. The transactions were delightfully smooth. We were in and out in two hours both times without any hassle or fuss. My experience was not good. I spent one day having a negotiation with the vehicle, waiting for feedback and an answer to the proposal. There is no flexibility or clarity with the price; the internet shows 22k, and I pay 29k because I need to pay for a package. I bought the car because my wife liked it and I really needed a car to drop off the rented car. The windshield was broken, and the repair was scheduled for the next day. I requested the rental car for one more day, and when I went to pick up the car, it was not ready. After I asked the salesperson, the manager solved the problem. More

Worst experience ever with a car. Surprises every week since I bought this car. It started while purchasing the car: first surprise when I came to pay the car and learnt that I had to Surprises every week since I bought this car. It started while purchasing the car: first surprise when I came to pay the car and learnt that I had to pay 6,000$ on top of the price for a mandatory warranty, which ended up in a bargaining process. Not serious. In less than a month I have had more issues with the car than in 20 years driving cars in multiple countries (tail gate not working the first day, the 2 batteries death the first week, AC not working and now central screen not working either). All this after having driven marginal mileage and in 1 month. Do not believe the inspection process that is being advertised is reliable at all. More
