I purchased my Hyundai Santa Fe back in February 2023. The day after bringing it home, the A/C was not cooling and the check engine light was on! I reached out to the sales person that helped me and at first the service manger Antonio said to put my warranty to use to get it checked out. I was not going to be able to get an appt until June, that’s a 4 month wait. Then I was told I could bring it in and they would get everything fixed and give me a loaner, so that’s great. I’m traveling from Austin, I get the call 2 weeks later that it’s ready. I go to pick up and return back home. The next day the check engine light is on AGAIN! I was told to now reach out to warranty because they checked the car and there was no check engine light on after they looked at it. So I decided to schedule with Hyundai, at this point there’s nothing else I can do but wait. It’s now time for an oil change, I’ve just been informed it’s now leaking transmission oil!!!!
