He was very relaxed and low pressure which was great for my mom. My mom is on a fixed income and every dollar counts for her, so we were so pleased that Malik and J.R. (sales manager) did everything they could do get the price as close to her budget as possible. We then sat with Dominic in finance and he was also very welcoming and went above and beyond to help her understand everything and save her some money.
