Outstanding Salesperson When I first walked into the dealership Malik Davis greeted me in a caring and concern manner. He said that he had to take care of something and that he would be right back. I looked outside and he was helping a elderly lady(75+) with her key and other needs she had. This was a strong indicator that this sales person would take special care of my deal to the end. Their word is NOT their bond! I called on a Friday to see if they have the 2009 used Civic still available. Sales rep said yes, but it is in servicing. I asked why and she said she I called on a Friday to see if they have the 2009 used Civic still available. Sales rep said yes, but it is in servicing. I asked why and she said she doesn't know, but when it is done (in 2-3 hours) she would call back. I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK. I go in on Saturday to find the car and they sold it earlier in the morning (same day that I went). xxx. I then asked about another car and found that it had a check engine light on that was not disclosed. I asked about 2 other cars that I saw online and pricing. They said the price online does not include the NEW SERVICING COST for either vehicle. Then why did they advertise it for that price. I thought they were a reputable dealer by looking at reviews. BUYER BEWARE!!! More
