As soon as I informed Mr. Moss of what I was looking for, he immediately went out of his way to get me the vehicle that I wanted at a great price. I went in on Sunday afternoon looking for a new Black/Black CRV but they didn't have one in stock. Therefore, Mr. Moss located my vehicle and I was able to drive it home last night. Mr. Vinnie was able to get my payment down even lower than what I was told initially, which was awesome. He also went over my paper work and explained everything to me in depth, even though it was after closing hours. I never felt rushed. Both gentleman made my experience at Auto Park Honda a great one! Malik was very helpful and worked with me to ensure that I got what I wanted for the price that I wanted it. Not only that, but the financing department went above and beyond to work with both of us to get I got what I wanted for the price that I wanted it. Malik was respectful of my time when I visited the dealership, and was willing to let me take some time to think over the purchase without any additional emails or calls to pressure me into buying. When I made the decision to buy, he arranged everything to be ready when I arrived to minimize the time I'd have to spend on paperwork. If you have spent any time attempting to buy a car, you're familiar with the experience of being hounded by salesmen who are just trying to get cars off their lot, and are willing to pressure you or shame you into buying from them. Malik and the internet sales team at Auto Park Honda was the complete opposite of that: fair, professional and respectful. I will absolutely recommend them--and Malik--to anyone looking for a new car. More
