I went back to Auto Park for a new car after having a good experience there 5 years ago. My experience this time around was also very good. I found myself in need of a car on the very day I had decided to look at new cars. I had already researched on line and through other sources and Honda Civic and Accord were my top choices. I had dealt with Autopark Honda when I moved to Apex in2001, so this was my choice of dealership. The two salesmen who helped me were very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to be sure I got the car I wanted. As soon as the financial paperwork was completed and the car was released to me the two salesmen made sure I was confortable with all the new features . Every one i dealt with in the business dept. were extremely nice also. I drove my car on it's first long trip this weekend and it rides and performs beautifully. More

Auto Park, overall, is very good. I've bought two cars there, and shopped there several times. Over the years, I've dealt with a couple of employees who were less than impressive. But the important people - on-the-floor sales and sales management - have been great. I have bought a car from Don Hillenbrand and and Michael Kennedy. Don was great and Michael was exceptional. I also worked with Malik Moss briefly, who was also great. Robert McKenna isn't Mr. Congeniality, but that shouldn't matter in a sales manager. He's polite enough, and more importantly, he's direct and more than fair with this pricing. These individuals were smart, knowledgeable, straight-forward, and nice. As long as this persists, I will continue to drive out-of-my-way to buy my future Hondas from Auto Park. More

Malik is a very friendly and sincere person. He did a great job to satisfy my picky taste. I wanted 2013 Honda Civic LX gray (polished metal) and black interior. The dealership didn't have the color comb great job to satisfy my picky taste. I wanted 2013 Honda Civic LX gray (polished metal) and black interior. The dealership didn't have the color combination in stock. I checked the other Honda official dealership but they said, "No, we don't have one available and there aren't any within 5 states." However, Malik made it! He brought the gray/black Civic out of nowhere just within two days. If you want to buy any Honda vehicle, go with Malik.
