We first encountered Mallory over a year ago when we first started looking for a vehicle. We told him we weren’t there to buy that day. He knew he wasn’t going to make a sale that day but still took us for a test drive and answered all our questions. His willingness to go above and beyond spoke volumes to us. We went to other dealerships and were less than pleased with the salesmen we dealt with. We vowed that when we were ready to purchase we would go back to Mallory. We called and set up an appointment with Mallory and he took care of us through the whole process. He has followed up and made sure we are enjoying our car and know how to use all the features.
