She knew what things to look out for to prevent issues with the DMV, showing her knowledge in the field. She is overall amazing. Her coworker Chelsea was also very good at her job, when I first inquired, I received a call not long after to make herself available, there was no pressure, just a person who is interested in following up with the customer.
