I had an excellent experience with the sales person, Menfred, as well as guys from Service, who actually doing the work, including Brad,. However, The process broke down when I purchased a new car, 911 Menfred, as well as guys from Service, who actually doing the work, including Brad,. However, The process broke down when I purchased a new car, 911 Carrera. Apparently the Inspection has not been completed, and the next day after picking up the car, I started to find issues which required me bringing the car back for service the following day. Currently, the car is in the shop while I’m paying for it, but not using it. The management has not stepped into the issue, everyone got paid, and I feel like no one has taken responsibility for delivering a vehicle with mechanical issues while claiming it’s been fully certified. That is unacceptable when you’re dealing with such price tags, you expect impeccable, service, and accountability . More
