This is my 8th BMW and the purchase experience at Bridgewater with Manjula has been by far the best one ever. She is extremely helpful and straight to the point. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is in the market. Although the dealership is located a little far away from the metro area it is definitely worth a extra miles of trip. Overall, I had a positive experience at BMW of Bridgewater, thanks in large part to Manjula, the sales consultant, who was extremely supportive and professional throughout the process. However, there was some disappointment with the finance process. Despite having finalized the deal, paid a deposit, and had my credit checked and approved, I was later told my credit didn’t qualify for the originally agreed lease terms. While I’m not sure if there was a communication gap or something else, it was unfair to have the monthly payments unexpectedly increased at the final stage. However, no assumptions from my side. I liked the vehicle so I bought it. Moreover, Manjula offered better deals than other dealerships I had dealt with. BMW Genius Tyler was also knowledgeable about the vehicle and helped me with multiple initial setups along with a detailed explanation of the features of the X3 model. More

I had the distinct pleasure of working with Manjula when I purchased my car at the end of my lease. Manjula is the consummate professional! Not ONE time did I feel like I was working with a "sales" person - Manjula took her time, helped me weigh my options, and delivered the vehicle EXACTLY as we had discussed - no fine print! I also wish that I had a negative experience with the dealership so that I could have something to negotiate with (lol!), but my experience with BMW of Bridgewater was LITERALLY without blemish. Service advisor Jose Fernandez is also an EXCEPTIONAL asset to the team at BMW of Bridgewater; I'd never work with any other dealership! Manjula should be the example for other sales professionals, and I can say for certain that I would not work with any other professional for my car buying and servicing needs!! More
