The entire experience from start to finish was on point. Our sales associate Marcus listened to our needs and wants and truly delivered. Floor Manager John was also extremely helpful and very nice. Mohammad in the financial department was efficient, took the time to explain policies , coverages and next steps. He truly made the paperwork process a breeze. This has to be the Best buying experience we have ever had to the point we came back a week later to buy another one. Even though I’m praising the gentlemen who we actually ended up working with. I feel anyone would be happy with any team they end up Working with. The car buying process at some dealers seem to be an all day project but because they take the time to listen and understand your needs, the whole process was a great experience in a decent time frame. I went here to try to change my car and they didn't want to work with me because my car had negative equity and they didn’t want nothing to do with it after they told me that they would be able to take the to work with me because my car had negative equity and they didn’t want nothing to do with it after they told me that they would be able to take the trade in, after this horrible experience im very glad that i went to seminole toyota in sanford and not only did they help me but were honest about the sale and helped me any way possible and i left with a better car and a wonderful that this dealership cant deliver WON’T EVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN More

Our salesman, Luis Otero, was pleasantly polite, patient in all his explanations and answers, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful in every way! Couldn't have asked for more in such a relationship! The in all his explanations and answers, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful in every way! Couldn't have asked for more in such a relationship! The Sales Manager, Manny Carreras, was also very professional, accommodating and pleasant. Was quick to locate and retrieve an article left in our traded-in vehicle the day after our new car purchase, without pause. Sure appreciated that! Have already referred others to KIA and Luis, when and if curious or intending to first time buy or trade in a vehicle. On the not-so-good side, however, I found the layout of the Dealership lacking in customer amenities, outdated space seating, snacks and overall disorganized layout. Luis and Manny both stated the obvious, that renovations are in progress. Theses were my observations of the present office: No specific prospective buyer / customer waiting area. Service area customers' waiting area should be separate from prospective buyers waiting area, which should provide accessible snacks, water and other beverages, at no charge, for prospective buyers, remembering that this is a long and sometimes stressful purchasing experience for many people, no matter how nice and helpful the sales person is. Also important is the availability of several phone charging ports. Often cell phone use is absolutely crucial to such deliberations. One last point... The KIA sign visibility on Rt 17 is too easy to miss. Height, I know, is governed by certain county or city Regulation, but thicker lettering and font could make the sign more visible. I passed the Dealership a few times, not being able to f i n d it, the first time. Above and beyond excellent customer satisfaction ratings from us, however. I shopped here several years ago and didn't make a deal-- the experience was terrible, bait and switch tactics, etc. Come 2026 and I'm looking for an EV9 and call all around the state. Deland Kia gave me the best deal, no hassle, very friendly, confidently provided paperwork explaining that deal and it was no different when I walked in to purchase the car. Will consider purchasing from here again in the future. More

Deland Kia had several cars on the lot that met my requirements. Enrique facilitated the process of narrowing it down to my new car. We even went to overflow lots looking for the best fit. Er eventual requirements. Enrique facilitated the process of narrowing it down to my new car. We even went to overflow lots looking for the best fit. Er eventually found my car in the tinting department! Enrique answered all of my questions about two different models. I drove off the lot with my new car after only a few hours..
