This dealership is excellent with regard to the new management team, Chandra in the service department, and Ryan in sales. I brought my 2013 Frontier in for service and looked at new 2025 Nissan Rouge management team, Chandra in the service department, and Ryan in sales. I brought my 2013 Frontier in for service and looked at new 2025 Nissan Rouges while I was waiting. Ryan, a sales representative approached me and asked if I wanted to test drive a Rogue. I did and decided to make a deal on a trade in. Ryan is outstanding in his knowlege, courtesy, and working with management to get a great deal for me. Ryan is the best sales representative with whom I have worked throughout my years of working with different dealerships. I highly recommend him to work with you should you want to purchase a new or used Nissan! The dealership itself is pristine with great amenities. The waiting time for service and/or sales is minimal, and the whole team is without a doubt, Top of The Line!. I am very thankful to have chosen Nissan of Richmond for my their service, sales, and management team. My experience was awesome. Based on my experience with Nissan of Richmond (listed below), the harassing phone calls and emails I can promise you that myself or anyone in my family will not purchase or lease a vehicle from Nissan of below), the harassing phone calls and emails I can promise you that myself or anyone in my family will not purchase or lease a vehicle from Nissan of Richmond. - The day I picked up my vehicle when I purchased it, the vehicle ran out of gas one block fro the dealership because the sales representative/dealership forgot to put gas in the vehicle.- Every time that I have made an appointment to drop my vehicle off for service it was never ready at the promised time. One time I dropped the vehicle off at 8:30 am, was promised it would be ready by 12:30 pm, I called at 2 PM to find out the status and was told the work had yet to be started. I picked the vehicle up and took it elsewhere for an oil change and tire rotation. More

I am not one to leave a nasty review but, I spent over 7 hours here on a Saturday. They stuck me with a nice guy named Patrick who did a great job for the amount of training he had.(it was only his 4th day) hours here on a Saturday. They stuck me with a nice guy named Patrick who did a great job for the amount of training he had.(it was only his 4th day) It took us about four and a half hour to test drive 2 cars and to get the numbers back on both of the cars. I decided to buy a car around 5pm. I left to get some food and was told that my paper work and car would be ready at 6:30 when I returned. The car looked great, however in was 9pm before we were even called into the finance room. When I looked over my credit application I realized that there were multiple errors including my name, how much made per month, and how long I had worked at my current job. When I realized the information on my credit application was incorrect I was encouraged to sign the paper work anyways by the finance guy (Charles The Bull) and a manager named Russel. After this happened we decided not to buy a car from this establishment and asked for out down payment of 3,500 dollars back. We were told it had already been deposited. The Manager, Russel, called me later that night to set up a meeting with their general manager Manny. I told him I could be there at 7pm on Monday. It has been over 24 hours with no response. The only reason I'm leaving any stars on this review is because Patrick had such great customer service! We went to Hart on Nissan the next day and bought a nicer car for less money! highly recommend heading over there instead! More

The opposite of transparency. Dealer processing fees are not published on website and they will not divulge them over the phone or in email.
