Scheduled an oil change and tire rotation. Declined the car wash. Showed up and was told it would take about 45 minutes. After 30 min, car was still in the lot. No communication to me about a delay. It fin car wash. Showed up and was told it would take about 45 minutes. After 30 min, car was still in the lot. No communication to me about a delay. It finally took 95 minutes. More
