Oil filter cap was tighten too tight to where I had to go back to dealership for an oil change instead of going elsewhere. Waited 2 hours for an oil change only to be told they would have to break the filter back to dealership for an oil change instead of going elsewhere. Waited 2 hours for an oil change only to be told they would have to break the filter cap off since they tightened it WAY too tight. They don’t have the part so I would have to come back in for them to break it and replace it. I was changed for a full oil change with the filter that wasn’t even replaced. I haven’t heard back about the replacement part and it’s been a few weeks. More
