15K check-up Manny took very good care of my vehicle. He called about half way through to advise me of the status and upon completion. Horrible Service - Lost my tire & rim 2012 Honda EX-L went in for V6 engine issues as described in service bulletin and civil law suit settlement. Had to get Honda Manufacturing involved 2012 Honda EX-L went in for V6 engine issues as described in service bulletin and civil law suit settlement. Had to get Honda Manufacturing involved to get car completely repaired as engine misfire and piston damage also damaged timing system and catalytic converter. Took dealership 6 weeks to complete. When we went to pick it up, we noticed the front drivers side tire and rim were not original to the car. Dealership never noticed it and has no idea how they put the wrong one on but kept it for 2 more days and stated they would replace with new. Received it back and tire was not the same as what we had on the car (set was less than 1 year old). Said they couldn't find the tire but that if we could we can bring back receipt for reimbursement. Had to take the day off work to take car back to Sams Club to replace tire with the same. Took receipt in and talked to Service Manager about how and why this happened and why I was responsible to fix their mistake. Did not seem apologetic, could not explain how no one knew they put in the wrong tire and rim, kept referring back to "if I would have know maybe I could have helped" (he walked the car with my husband when we went to pick it up and noticed it had the wrong tire and rim), and then said I'd have to wait to be reimbursed by check through corporate. After I stated that was unacceptable customer service and that I was not leaving without my money did the advisor come back with cash. Service Manager never came back to speak with me. I would have expected an immediate apology and Gunn going out of their way to get me my tire replaced THAT THEY LOST! At the same time, they damaged my passenger front area when replacing the recalled air bag and also gave us the car back with an almost completely dead battery without telling us. No one can explain how or why the damage happened or why a fully warrantied battery (less than 2 years old) was bad. Some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I hope the major engine repair work they did is better than these issues. More

I would suggest blocking off the side entrances to avoid people cutting into the line for service. People are waiting patiently out on the street and it's a little frustrating to witness others just drive right on up. More

Excellent service! I bought a honda civic last year and new that when it was time for might next car, Gunn Honda was the place to go. Mike Lents honored my appointment I bought a honda civic last year and new that when it was time for might next car, Gunn Honda was the place to go. Mike Lents honored my appointment and there was no waiting. When I got to the dealership, the two cars I wanted to test drive were waiting for me under the canopy and within one hour, I was signing papers. He explained all the features and answered all my questions. Manny had all the paper work ready and expedited the sale. More
