Although I had purchased three vehicles’ in the past 18 months at this dealership, when I received a call from Mansur it was greeted with great skepticism. He had called on Thursday offering to take my 20 months at this dealership, when I received a call from Mansur it was greeted with great skepticism. He had called on Thursday offering to take my 2010 CR-V in for a trade on a 2012 at the same payment. I was so doubtful that I called first thing Saturday to cancel my appointment but he reassured me it could be done. I arrived at the agreed time and Mansur was there to greet us, which was a plus because you usually have to wait around. He was very businesslike but also very friendly at the same time. The entire took less than one hour, which is unheard of, plus it was totally painless. I attribute it totally to our salesman. More

I was contacted by Mansur, who indicated that it would be worth it for me to come to the dealership for a new car (I had purchased my prior car there). My wife and I were not planing to buy a car that day. We wanted to see prices, new cars, options. we were welcomed at the parking lot by Mansur. About 3 hours later, we drove 2012 Honda Civic with new tag a wanted to see prices, new cars, options. we were welcomed at the parking lot by Mansur. About 3 hours later, we drove 2012 Honda Civic with new tag and registration. Mansur immideately offered us to test all the models. He answered all the questions. I requested final prices for many models. It was on my hand in few minutes. The negoations took only few minutes. They accepted all of my offers, trade in. I still could not believe how easy it was. The coffee machine was very good too. Next time, I even will not go to the dealer. I will email or call Mansur. Once the car is ready, I will stop by, sign the papers, get my coffee and drive away.
