The only reason we gave 4 instead of 5 is we didn't see anything at the dealership [service, parts....] and no one gave us their contact info. with. As a lady, the experience of visiting a dealership is not always a pleasant one, but honestly, Manuel was very professional, respectful, answered all our questions, and I did not feel ANY pressure. After a few hours and test drives, I did make the decision to purchase a vehicle. Days after the purchase, Manuel checked in with us to see how everything was and extended his number to have us reach out if anything came up. A lot can be said for that type of customer service.
