Hello - I was looking for a vehicle for my son, and truly only wanting to test drive a few models, I had no intention of purchasing the day we visited your dealership. MANUEL MEDINA was wonderful. As a lad only wanting to test drive a few models, I had no intention of purchasing the day we visited your dealership. MANUEL MEDINA was wonderful. As a lady, the experience of visiting a dealership is not always a pleasant one, but honestly, Manuel was very professional, respectful, answered all our questions, and I did not feel ANY pressure. After a few hours and test drives, I did make the decision to purchase a vehicle. Days after the purchase, Manuel checked in with us to see how everything was and extended his number to have us reach out if anything came up. A lot can be said for that type of customer service.
