Love my new car=Love Koons Tysons! Samuel Kuffour (sales) was very friendly, open and made the purchase special, and helped us get a good deal. Manuel Nino (finance manager) helped us by getting a good rate (matching the rate from our institution), explained all the financial services and situation, and gave his honest view, which convinced us to get extended warranty, and other essentials. Aqib Shaikh (product delivery) was very knowledgeable on all the vehicle features, and explained all the tech/new features of the car. Overall, Koons Toyota had the best rates in the area, and above that gave us discounts on top of their WOW price. Enjoying our new Toyota Highlander, and loved the customer service and attention we got from Koons. After couple weeks, I had a service appointment with them, which went smooth as well. So far, it's been a pleasant experience, and definitely recommend any future Toyota customers to visit Koons Tysons - their inventory and prices are hard to beat. More

Both the sales team and the finance department are incredibly nice and straightforward. Working with Edward Nwanneka from sales was great. He really took the time to work to find the car that best fit our needs and budget. We ended up taking advantage of Koons' 7-day exchange policy, and exchanging the car was no hassle at all. Manuel from finance was great, and actually recommended we take a lower warranty package than we initially looked at, and was able to include a piece from a higher package at no extra charge. I was consistently impressed at how much I was not being upsold on more expensive products. The only downside was that they can get busy and wait times can be long, but they were always very nice about it and even willing to stay a bit late for us on more than one occasion. I would recommend this dealership, and Edward, to any of my friends purchasing a car. It was a very pleasant experience, which was not necessarily what I was expecting as a first-time car buyer. More
