I was trying to wait for my tax refund before I bought a car, but my car died. I called Prestige Auto Mart in Westport MA and explained my situation. My car salesman Alex came to my house and picked me up, which was very nice! He told me to bring my plates because if I found a car I would be driving it home that day. He was very down to earth and only showed me cars that were in my budget range. He wasn't like a lot of salesman trying to push vehicles on me. It was honestly the best dealership I have ever dealt with! As he did the financing with Manny the Owner and the man on the commercials, I also talked to him and his top workers and they were all very friendly. Next I went in to see the business manager Leslie and she had all my paperwork complete. We went over everything, she was very polite and explained thoroughly all the papers. I met Kevin and Brian in the Service Department, they answered any questions I had, it was like they were all a Big Family. I have a Beautiful car that runs Great! So like Alex said I drove my new car home that day! Some dealerships you have to spend your whole day there....but not at Prestige in Westport! The day that my car broke I had a new car and was driving my new car home after about 4 hours that same day! Everyone at this location really worked together like a well oiled machine! It was a Great experience and I want to Thank everyone I dealt with for making this happen! I will be recommending Prestige of Westport to my friends and family! Definitely a 5 star experience! More

She was very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. Bob really worked hard to get me into a deal that worked for me while Romullo was busy. I also had a chance to meet Manny Sarmento and he worked with Bob and Leslie to guarantee the financing. When Romullo was finished with his other customer he even followed me home delivering the car, since my trade had to be towed from the driveway. It was an all around positive experience and also the second vehicle I have purchased form this location. More

Sold a van with bad transmission and went back to dealership and they were not really helpful and they were rude..waited 4 hours just for them to tell me to wait until they can get me in a curtousy v dealership and they were not really helpful and they were rude..waited 4 hours just for them to tell me to wait until they can get me in a curtousy vehicle and still waiting 4 hours later to finally leave when I shouldn’t be here!!!! If this man sold me a car that worked properly I wouldn’t be here..tried to contact the owner numerous time and am still waiting to hear back!!! Overall horrible service More

I am here at the RI location with a bunch of scammers. I bought a van this time last week and it has had nothing but problems. No one here will help me. I asked for the owners name and they said they couldn bought a van this time last week and it has had nothing but problems. No one here will help me. I asked for the owners name and they said they couldn’t give me that information. I asked for my old car back or a refund and they said they can’t do that. They have the mechanic looking at it and they are giving me the run around. The mechanic said I’ll be here all day. I asked for a car in the mean time and they said the loaner left For the day? It’s 10am and the business opened at 9am. This place is a joke. Worst experience of my life. Now I have to call the attorney generals office and make a complaint and I have to hire a lawyer. This is ridiculous. Either the problem gets fixed or there are going to be an excess of problems. More

Additional bonus was the wife and I were able to say hello to Jeff who we knew from when our kids were in school. Overall a great experience. Alex totally got what we needed and were looking for. He was patient and was easy to work with. So much so, everytime he worked numbers or vehicles I told him I did not like him and that he was not helpful (in fact he was) The deal was so good, I could not say no - seriously.
