He answered a million questions I had, has a great sense of humor, knew all about the vehicle I was interested in (I did hours of research & tested him on it) and there was absolutely no pressure what so ever throughout the entire process. He took all the dread, stress and anxiety out of buying a vehicle. Manny & Jeff happen to be there also which was a bonus! They are as funny in person as their commercials. Shortly after my purchase I happen to find something very minor I just wasn't happy with & called Raul. Thought for sure I was going to get the brush off but just the opposite happened! Next day Kevin in the service department called me & I explained what I wasn't happy with. Kevin asked me to bring the vehicle in to see what my concern was. He checked everything out, told me it was something they would take care of & scheduled a time that was convenient for ME to get it fixed. This entire process has been incredibly impressive from the level of professionalism and genuine concern to make sure their customers are happy which I haven't experience at other dealerships. if you are in the market for a vehicle I highly recommend you go to Prestige Auto Mart in Westport & ask for Raul. You won't be disappointed! More

They would not live up to the advertisement they sent. Manuel Sarmento does nothing but LIE. So now I am off to the Attorney Generals office in both MA. and RI. to file a consumer fraud complaint. They don't get it that I will push this til the end. But the one thing is that I will post reviews every where I can on how this place LIES. There are better places out there. Just look. Local small dealerships can help you with financing. BUYER BEWARE! More
