Mostly good. When I called to get in touch with my service representative, whoever answered the phone would not agree to get in touch with the sales person, she said she tried and there was no answer service representative, whoever answered the phone would not agree to get in touch with the sales person, she said she tried and there was no answer and there wasn't anything more she could dol That was TERRIBLE customer service. I apologize for the text block, but it's worth your time to read if you plan on buying from Ganley, so bear with me. I'm going to preface with the fact that some of the blame in this review goes to my inexp to read if you plan on buying from Ganley, so bear with me. I'm going to preface with the fact that some of the blame in this review goes to my inexperience in car buying, but the team at Ganley Nissan went out of their way to use my inexperience against me, had about a half dozen people lie to me and blatantly contradict each other while smiling in my face throughout the entire wretched process. I flew to Cleveland to buy my truck because in my area the prices for the model I wanted are severely inflated. Over the phone they did a pretty decent job of showing me everything on the truck I wanted to see to make sure that I wanted to travel for it, however they all gave me what was probably purposefully conflicting information. The truck comes with a warranty, no wait it doesn't, it's certified, oh wait no it isn't, it's got a backup cam, oh wait no it doesn't. When it came to discussing the price they were avoidant, which is to be expected, but when I said I wanted to make sure of the price before traveling they assured me that I would either get the price I was seeing, or that they were willing to negotiate once I arrived. When I arrived they immediately rushed me into the financing department to start figuring out the parameters of my loan, where I found out that the member of sales I had dealt with the entire time was conveniently not there that day. They told me over the phone that I didn't need to bring anything, but the first bank that had approved me wanted proof of address, which I didn't have with me, so they had to find someone else to handle my loan. My mistake in inexperience was going through all of the financing paperwork right then and there. They purposefully kept the price I was actually signing for from me until my name was down on every sheet of paper, and that price was almost $3,000 more than the price I was assured over the phone. I protested, but they just made me feel like everything was said and done at that point and I ultimately gave it up. I then got the title in the mail and the title says that I'm actually paying $1,000 more on top of the already gouged price. So in all I've paid almost $4,000 more for a truck that I was told from the beginning I was getting at most for the price they had listed, and that's not even including the taxes. On top of that when I left they called me the next day to tell me they had accidentally left my ID in their copier and that they would overnight it to me. It took two weeks to arrive. As I said, I made my mistakes, and I'll never make those mistakes again, but don't let them treat you like their pal, show you photos of their children, and offer you empty courtesies. Make no mistake, these people are xxxx, and they will reach as far into your pockets as they can to line their own with the spoils. I've since removed all of their branding and badges from my truck, and I will be posting this review on every platform I can find them on, and reposting it everywhere periodically so that it doesn't get buried. It's not much against their many locations, fleets of vehicles, and scores of salespeople, but if I can dissuade some folks from not having their hard earned money taken by these rats it's the very least I can do. Two stars instead of one only because I actually do love my truck. More

For someone who hates the car shopping experience, I was pleased to say this was the most enjoyable process I’ve ever had. The staff was professional, as well as friendly. They were very accommodating and u pleased to say this was the most enjoyable process I’ve ever had. The staff was professional, as well as friendly. They were very accommodating and understanding and truly listened to not only my needs, but wants. I’ve never had an experience like this and for that reason I would never hesitate to not only return for service as well as future car shopping needs, but I also would highly recommend to friends and family. 10/10! More
