Would recommend this dealer to others The first thing I would say is the dealer understands the market - they have creative methods for acquiring vehicles at low cost that allows them to b The first thing I would say is the dealer understands the market - they have creative methods for acquiring vehicles at low cost that allows them to be highly competitive in the marketplace. The overall experience for me in just about all interactions was highly satisfactory. I worry a little bit about the relationship with Continental for their warranty offering. After purchasing the warranty, I've read some unflattering commentary on the company and worry about them fulfilling obligation if issues arise. Some of this pertains to different service levels - and the dealer only sells full coverage option. Still, there have been situations where Continental's reimbursement doesn't cover full cost of repairs. I also felt the dealer's fee structure was high - $296 registration fee on top of a $499 documentation fee. The doc fee is normal, but the reg fee is extremely high in comparison to other dealers. Overall, the total cost of the purchase was very acceptable compared to the overall marketplace for similar vehicles. More
