Contact was Dennis, Dennis was a professional no-nonsense guy and we set up an appointment for a Saturday, Dennis got me what I wanted for my trade, Vehicle was detailed and ready for the test drive when I arrived. I was preapproved by my bank when I walked in, with no intention of seeking financing but they told me they could get me 4.6% which was lower than what I had and they got me 4.6%. From Dennis to Marat to Moe, all professional and worked hard to make the purchase quick and smooth. I purchased the Jeep Wrangler and will return to BidCars for my next vehicle purchase. Since my purchase I have had follow-up questions which Dennis has fielded and offered assistance. Dennis is already keeping an eye out for my next vehicle. More

They were upfront on price, trade-in and process. It never felt like a used car experience, you know ".. let me go talk to my manager.." I worked directly with the salesman, Chris who gave me all the answers I needed. Very happy with the whole process. He was upfront with the price of the truck, the value of my trade in (right we're I expected it should be. Fair price. No low ball.) No back and forth. Dealership is conveniently located and test drive was no problem at all even on a bitterly cold day in January. The staff all pull together to make the buying experience seamless. Excellent Purchase Adventure of Automobile On Sunday, December 30 2018, my husband and I drove up from Plymouth MA to the dealership in Walpole MA to look at and test drive a Luxury Vehicle (Le On Sunday, December 30 2018, my husband and I drove up from Plymouth MA to the dealership in Walpole MA to look at and test drive a Luxury Vehicle (Lexus) my husband had researched on the Internet. We called ahead to make sure Car was still available. We arrived and the car was running and heat was turned on along with dealer plate Attached. The test drive was lovely; and the Car did not disappoint. After a nice, relaxed test drive we drove back to the dealership. My husband worked with “Dennis” and agreement was made to purchase the vehicle. On Monday, December 31, 2018, my husband and I drove up to the Digital Federal Credit Union (DCU) in Franklin where we were approved for a car loan and the check was issued on the spot. We returned to the dealership with our vehicle which we traded in and handed over, did appropriate paperwork and took delivery of “our” new fancy car. The entire transaction went smoothly, flawlessly and totally on schedule. First I would highly recommend the Salesman, Dennis, to assist you. Second I would highly recommend this car dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle. It was a very enjoyable experience. A Very Happy New Year beginning in our household for 2019! More
