Used car purchase I had been searching for a used car for a few months before I came to Bidcars Boston. My only regret is that I didnt go there earlier. Everyone was very friendly and supportive during the process. Unlike most places, when I was checking out the car i was interested in, I did not feel rushed or pressured at all. I was able to take my time and really get to check out the car without feeling like I was wasting anyones time. Once i decided that this was the right car, I began going over the logistics with them. The car itself was already a great deal (I have been checking all dealers nearby for months), but unlike the other dealerships I visited, they did not try to screw me over on my trade in value. That being said, I decided i would go through with purchasing the car. The process after this was quick and they helped me through the process. There was a hiccup on my end regarding transfering over insurance, and they did everything they could to speed up this process. This resulted in me being able to get the car days ahead of schedule. Overall, the service was great from every aspect. More

I had first viewed the wonderful selection online and spoke to Chris over the phone, who was kind and let me know I could stop by any time to test drive. When I finally made it over to the shop, I was greeted by Marat who saw me through the entire process with impeccable service, start to finish. Marat answered all my questions and helped me narrow down my choices to the one that I fell in love with the most. The prices were unbeatable at Bid Auto and the level of care, along with the wealth of knowledge from the entire staff made this experience the best I've ever had. Moe sat with me and helped get the financing part just right.
