Bought a 2016 Ford Explorer Platinum. When I showed up for a test drive, Marat tossed me the keys and said “see you in a little while.” When I returned, I took about 20 minutes to look the car over and no for a test drive, Marat tossed me the keys and said “see you in a little while.” When I returned, I took about 20 minutes to look the car over and nobody bothered me. Great first impression. The Platinum’s are highly sought after and based on my research, this particular one was priced to move. Marat was laid back, attentive and answered all of my questions. I picked up the truck the next day and even though Marat was at the auction, Chris had all the paperwork ready to go and had us on our way in a 1/2 hour. These guys were friendly, professional and knowledgeable, which is why I’ll be back in early 2021 to trade in my wife’s car for another SUV. More
