The reason was total involvement of the staff including the sales person Marc Brandofina, his dealership manager, John, and service manager, Allen, The entire team is focused 100% on the customer. John is immensely and genuinely personable, and customer focused. Most importantly, he really is a good listener. Marc Brandofina is an extremely bright and efficient sales person. He really cares and stays with the deal from beginning to end. There is no pressure or slick sales. Just listening to you the customer and then matching your needs with the highest quality car at the right price. Allen took care of my last Prius so well that I bought another one. Enough said.
