Marc was very nice when I spoke to him but he did not explain how long it would take for my repair of a seat cover and steering stabilizer. I called on the next day and asked about it and was told it was explain how long it would take for my repair of a seat cover and steering stabilizer. I called on the next day and asked about it and was told it wasn’t in the shop yet even though my appt was 945 on a Friday. He never gave me an update on when it would be done. I would never recommend this service center to anyone and would rather drive to Kokomo to have repair done. More

We had a scheduled appointment for an oil change and computer update. Sat in the waiting room for 4 hours and 45 minutes. When we arrived they said it would be about an hour. The technicians are good, but the labor charges are ridiculous. 1500$ for 3-5 hours of work? Absolutely insane.
