Marc was very nice when I spoke to him but he did not explain how long it would take for my repair of a seat cover and steering stabilizer. I called on the next day and asked about it and was told it was explain how long it would take for my repair of a seat cover and steering stabilizer. I called on the next day and asked about it and was told it wasn’t in the shop yet even though my appt was 945 on a Friday. He never gave me an update on when it would be done. I would never recommend this service center to anyone and would rather drive to Kokomo to have repair done. More

We had a scheduled appointment for an oil change and computer update. Sat in the waiting room for 4 hours and 45 minutes. When we arrived they said it would be about an hour. When we asked what was ta computer update. Sat in the waiting room for 4 hours and 45 minutes. When we arrived they said it would be about an hour. When we asked what was taking so long we were just told it should be any minute but it still toook over 2 more hours. More

The technicians are good, but the labor charges are ridiculous. 1500$ for 3-5 hours of work? Absolutely insane. If I didn’t have to come here in order to keep my warranty forever, I wouldn’t, because t ridiculous. 1500$ for 3-5 hours of work? Absolutely insane.
