Couldn't be more pleased with our experience at Crown. Marc and Jim both stayed late to finish up the deal, yet never acted like they were in a hurry and took their time to make sure we were happy. My very positive experience with Crown Eurocars centered around my salesman Jim Smith and paperwork guru Mark Israel. The used vehicle I purchased was from an internet search. When I contacted Jim, we around my salesman Jim Smith and paperwork guru Mark Israel. The used vehicle I purchased was from an internet search. When I contacted Jim, we found the vehicle I wanted was already being shipped to another location. As I was leaving Florida the next day, all of us were able to hurry up and get all of the paperwork shoelaces tied up correctly on time for my departure. Jim chased down the vehicle, got the paperwork in order for me to pick up the vehicle at the remote location, and Mark arranged a sweet financing deal, along with an upgraded warrantee and transfer, and Wisconsin license application. Mark also provided me with a Florida temporary license for drive home. When Wisconsin DOT was not timely with our new permanent plates, a call to Mark had a new Florida temporary plate delivered to me in Wisconsin by FedEx the next morning, at no additional cost to me. Additionally, the out-the-door pricing was delightedly competitive. When one adds the value of the warrantee and sweet interest rate that accompanied the vehicle, I basically bought the vehicle for just over the wholesale value of the vehicle. Profit is not a dirty word in my dictionary. I expect a quality organization as Crown Eurocars is to make a fair profit on any deal. Jim and the crew at Crown Eurocars treated me as well as if I were family. Had the table been turned, I could not have offered them any more than what they had already delivered to me. Matt was very understanding when I told him want type of car I did not want and the type of car I did want. He did not have the type of car I wanted on the lot - he went the extra mile to check what was coming in. Contacted me when the car arrived on the lot, walked my through the entire process, and explained all functions of the new car. I have dealt with three sales representatives at Crown and Matt far exceeds the other two. He made sure the entire process of buying a car was painless and a pleasure. Marc Israel completed the car buying process. He made a complex process very simple. He explained all my questions about finance with answers that I understood. Tom, Matt, and Marc are three reasons why I continue dealing with only Crown. More
