I recently took my Mercedes-Benz in for routine service and I was given a new MB C250 to drive while my car was being serviced. I liked the C250 so much that I decided to trade cars. Not finding one on the lot that I really wanted, the General Manager, Larry Casto, got to work and a couple of days later had located one for me. He sent me the car info including accessories, and I agreed to the trade. A few days later the car had arrived at the dealership and I was notified. I went to Crown Eurocars where I was introduced to the Sales Consultant, John Sauer, who handled the trade most professionally and went over the car's features and how to utilize them. Next was the Business Manager, Marc Israel who was most enjoyable to work with. I was walked over to the Service Department to let Service Consultant, Rick Webb whom I had already worked with, know about my new purchase and to ask any questions I had. All in all a very pleasant experience with everyone involved, kudos to Mr. Casto and his staff. I would highly recommend Crown Eurocars to anyone purchasing either a new or pre-owned vehicle. More

My wife and I recently bought a new E350 Benz from Crown Eurocars and I have to say it was the absolute best experience we have ever had buying a car(and we've bought a number of cars!). As soon as we walke Eurocars and I have to say it was the absolute best experience we have ever had buying a car(and we've bought a number of cars!). As soon as we walked through the doors we were greeted by Matt Taneja. He is by far the best salesman I have ever dealt with! He knew everything about every car on the lot including horsepower, torque, model, whats included, etc... Not only did he know all of that, but he was very good with the numbers which I believed saved us a lot of time going back and forth with the manager. I told him where we wanted to be with price and they made it happen that easily. When the deal was done he gave us a very detailed walk through of the car so we knew how everything worked. Also, we had a great experience with the business Manager, Marc Israel. He got us in and out of the F&I room very fast and he was very helpful with any questions we had. Overall I highly recommend Crown Eurocars, especially Matt Taneja! More

Within 15 mins. or so I got a call from Matt Taneja. He was very helpful with my questions and we set up a appointment for early Saturday morning. Mat sent me a text Saturday asking if I needed directions. Matt could not be more helpful showing me the bells and whistles of the car making sure I had a understanding. Matt was very good making sure the car was clean and I was completely happy. I found Mark Isreal to be as helpful with his part of the experience and was very helpful with a specific tag issue I had. I have purchased three cars from Crown. I brought a friend of mine to the dealer on July 18. He was moving to the USA from China and wanted to purchase his wifes dream car - a Mercedes Benz. I went with my friend to ensure he understood the car purchasing process here in the USA. Omar was an absolute professional! We met with Marc (whom I have known for some time) and he facilitated an excellent transaction. Today Jule 10 my friend finds out he must return to China for at least another year and a half for work. Omar and Mark were happy to work with my friend to provide him his down payment refund and void the sale. We had not picked the car up yet. Me, being the over protective friend made several calls to the dealer ship but could not reach Mark and Omar and was very concerned. I should have known that there was nothing to worry about and I owe both these guys an apology. Two true professionals that work to a high ethical standard. I hope they accept my apology and prasie.
