Marc was nothing short of amazing. He was so patient and persistent from start to finish which made the process that much easier. I have leased 3 Audi’s before this at another dealership and Marc was more detailed with the contracts, the new features, the process than any other sales rep I have worked with in the past. He not only answered every single question I had (and there were a lot) but made sure I actually understood what he was saying. Marc had check lists, made himself available and his follow up was incredible. He is one of the most professional, friendly and honest people I have worked with and in 3 years when my lease is up I will definitely be a repeat client. Thank you so much! More
