They work with you I told them what my budget is and they worked with me to meet it. The sales person Marc L and the manager were pleasant and professional and I noticed I told them what my budget is and they worked with me to meet it. The sales person Marc L and the manager were pleasant and professional and I noticed how friendly they both were and that they kept talking to me in nice way and building strong rapport (I am in sales too so I am familiar with psychological xxxxxxand I appreciated how effective they were) all the while telling me that they couldn't meet my budget requirements. In the end we met half way because I felt like they were treating me well and I really love the new Audi A5 so I saw no road blocks that prevented me from getting it. More

My experience with Audi Freehold and Marc Levine was absolutely the best car-buying ex I've been a loyal Toyota/Lexus customer for 30+ years. No more. My experience with Audi Freehold and Marc Levine was absolutely the best car-buying experience I've ever had (and I buy a LOT of vehicles every year for my company from many sources globally). I drove 90 minutes to deal with them. Marc is straightforward in his deal-making, knows the industry, and is fair. And he has a great sense of humor. The whole process was hassle-free and fun. Adrian helped and knows just about everything there is to know about a Q5. Great guy too! Also, Parts Dept is amazing and easy to deal with. I had made my mind up to buy a BMW when a friend suggested I test the Audi A4. My salesman Mark handed me the keys and said let's go. I did. I bought the car the next day. Good bye BMW I have had 4 BMWs in a row but always curious about Audis.. So after an unfortunate accident that totaled my car I sent an email to the general manag I have had 4 BMWs in a row but always curious about Audis.. So after an unfortunate accident that totaled my car I sent an email to the general manager of Audi Freehold (after recognizing their large inventory online) and received an immediate response introducing me to Steve Raducha (Sales Manager) who likewise contacted me immediately. I was assured by these professional gentlemen that I would be treated with the utmost respect and courtesy and that was an understatement! Marc Levine was selected as my Audi Brand Specialist and from the moment I walked in and greeted at the door by Steve and Marc I knew I was in the right place, Top notch professionals, kind, caring, and trustworthy.
