Excellent service. Experienced, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Bumper to bumper quality control checked out my whole vehicle, even though I brought in for recall. Had cracked windshield replaced and a warranty part replacement. Vehicle was in and out in 24 hours. At checkout the windshield price was higher than I had been quoted several months before but the pri replacement. Vehicle was in and out in 24 hours. I only saw one team member not wearing a mask and the cashier offered a mask to a customer that was not wearing one. More

As has been my experience over the past twenty years at Don Davis Ford, the new vehicle purchase was no hype, no high pressure sales pitch, straight forward pricing and every question I had answered thorou Don Davis Ford, the new vehicle purchase was no hype, no high pressure sales pitch, straight forward pricing and every question I had answered thoroughly. The extra effort to minimize excess personal contact during the pandemic was comforting. I took a test drive of two F-150 trucks, reviewed the purchase price and trade-in allowance for the one I wanted, the paperwork was completed and I was out the door in less than two and a half hours. More

They need to take more pride in customer service, along with clean the vehicle, after complete work, like wiping it down on the inside. They really don't take pride on the condition when return vehicle to with clean the vehicle, after complete work, like wiping it down on the inside. I set an appointment to get service done on my vehicle before going out of town. pulled up to service and a gentleman asked to help. I told him I had an appointment at 1 for service and he looked and said before going out of town. pulled up to service and a gentleman asked to help. I told him I had an appointment at 1 for service and he looked and said I didn’t have an appointment. I showed him the appointment confirmation and he went and checked if they could do my car for me. He came back and said we can service your car right now. I said why did I set up an appointment then. I did the appointment so I wouldn’t was time. Now I can’t get service done. He said even if you had an appointment we wouldn’t be able to do it. You need to come back. I understand things happen but I also know if you have a customer that set up an appointment and now are wasting there time I would do what I could to make SURE THEY ARE TAKEN CARE OF!!!! Not talk to them in the manor or tone I got!!! I will not be back to a Don Davis dealership. More
