He has terrific product knowledge, was very good at explaining things to us (including the tech things that are a bit challenging for a couple in the mid-60's), and pleasant and easy to work with. He also is a hard worker. The particular features we wanted were not available on a Forester in the lot, so he worked with other dealers to find us just the car we wanted. So we bought a good car at what we feel to be a fair price and could not be more pleased. We recommend this dealer and in particular, sales rep Marc Soloway, to anyone who is considering the purchase of a new car. More

During this time, I visited Metrowest twice (or maybe three times) and on each occasion I shopped for the "right" car off and on for several months. During this time, I visited Metrowest twice (or maybe three times) and on each occasion spent time with Marc test driving a couple of cars. He answered all my questions and didn't try to pressure me into a sale. On the day I came in to buy, he didn't blink when I said I wanted to do yet another test drive to decide between cars before making the purchase. Marc is low-key, personable and it turns out he has a sense of humour, not something I associate with a car salesman. I would definitely recommend Marc and Metrowest. More
