Whenever I do reach Edgar, he is cheerful, friendly, informative and arranged for our transportation home Sept 25 and back Oct 14. At least six times, though, our calls went straight to voicemail, which promised a prompt callback, which consistently did not happen…increasingly frustrating for us.
