He took all the time needed to answer every question, and once we had our car, to show us how every awesome feature worked. The easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. Marco responded to all emails and texts immediately and provided detailed explanations. Marco was fantastic to work with! We'll definitely be looking for him when we get our next car. Generally happy with the dealership, but was very surprised to find the car was only charged to 15% when we went to pick it up. They did charge it to full for us for no charge, which is the right thing to do, but it wasn't what we had expected to see when we came to get the car. It was also surprising to find out that they hadn't put any windshield washer fluid in the car. And the inside of the car was dusty when we picked it up, but the detailing manager assured us a few days later that it has been detailed. To be clear none of this is on Marco, he is in sales and can only go with what his support team has told him has been done to the car. Marco was very apologetic and thanked us numerous times for our patience. For these very minor inconveniences, Marco has gone above and beyond what I would expect of a sales consultant. I really appreciate all he has done for us! More
