Horrible service. Deceptive practices. Saleman said no deposit needed to hold vehicle; manager said needed $500 which was no problem. I paid the fee to hold the car 3 Deceptive practices. Saleman said no deposit needed to hold vehicle; manager said needed $500 which was no problem. I paid the fee to hold the car 3 days so my husband could come. My family show up at the dealer on our agreed date to buy the car but was told the car had electrical issues and was being sent back to the auction. I then was told my deposit wasn’t ready that someone would call me Monday when it was ready. I never received a call on Monday When I called I got the runaround from the receptionist. I was finally transferred to the managers voicemail. I left a message but never heard back. I went into the dealer on Tuesday and was told I had to wait an hour to get my money back because paid cash. I sat there for over an hour waiting with my baby. When the salesman finally came with the returned deposit check he informed me that the vehicle had been sold to someone else and not sent to the auction and that nothing was wrong with the car which is what I thought because the car was perfectly fine when I drove it the day before. The manager laid and said when maintenance checked the car getting it ready for me to pickup they discovered a lot of problems which wasn’t the case at all. I missed out on buying other cars thinking I have a car being held with a paid deposit at a reputable dealer. I’ll never do business with this horrible company again!!!! More
