Took truck in for free oil change and tire rotation. Tires were rotated and air pressure checked according to sheet they sent me however tires pressure were not adjusted to front and back. Front tires s Tires were rotated and air pressure checked according to sheet they sent me however tires pressure were not adjusted to front and back. Front tires still had 45 psi from when they were in back triggering the warning light to fill them. Back tires still had 55 psi from when they were in front. Next morning I notice a puddle of oil on the ground. The drain plug was barely hand tight and not torqued at all. Hoping the digital gauge is actually reading the current oil level correctly. A bit ridiculous for this quality of work from a dealership. Who knows what else was skipped over or not even done. As far as sales go salesmen was nice and helpful. Followed up for missing paperwork and helped transfer stuff over from old truck to new. However, truck had some type of residue around the fuel tank and paint chipping on the tailgate. Was told I’ll be contacted for paint correction. I still have not been contacted for paint correction and it’s been 3 months. More
