At the time of sale, and today, the Ford Transit carries a clean Arizona title with no brands. I also independently reviewed the vehicle's history through both CARFAX and AutoCheck, and neither report reflects a branded title or reports the vehicle as having a salvage, rebuilt, or other branded title history. The consumer mentioned reviewing information from IAA. While I understand why that may have raised questions, information from third-party auction or insurance databases does not necessarily mean a vehicle has a branded title or a reportable title issue. The title status and the recognized vehicle history reports remain clean. You also indicated that you specifically asked whether there were any title or vehicle history issues you should be aware of. Based on the information available to us, our team accurately represented the vehicle. There were no title brands to disclose, and the vehicle history reports available to both the dealership and consumers did not identify the concerns you are now referencing.  Prior to your purchase, you personally inspected the Transit, including standing above on our terrace to look at the roof and ultimately made the decision to proceed with the purchase based on your own evaluation of the vehicle. Regarding disclosure, Bell Road Mitsubishi disclosed the information that was known and reflected in the vehicle's records at the time of sale. Based on the title documentation and the available vehicle history reports, there were no title issues or brands to disclose. For these reasons, our position remains that the vehicle was accurately represented at the time of sale, and we are not in a position to rescind the transaction.
