Great Experience I was very impressed with the sales team at Stamford Ford and Lincoln. They had a car I was interested in so I called and talked to Marco Salazar. H I was very impressed with the sales team at Stamford Ford and Lincoln. They had a car I was interested in so I called and talked to Marco Salazar. He said the car was under deposit but would call me back if the deal fell through. Sure enough, Marco called me the next day to tell me the car was available again. I arranged to drive out (80 miles from my home) to test drive the vehicle. Marco had the day off so he directed me to Neil Avellino, his manager. Neil noticed that the in cabin trunk release was not working and said he would have it fixed. I drove the car and decided to buy it. Neil then introduced me to Michael Mykytey, who did all the paperwork. They worked like a well-oiled machine. I think I bought the second lowest priced car on the lot but they treated me as if I were buying a Bentley. The car was clean and had brand new tires on it. The cabin trunk release was repaired, as promised. I would recommend this dealership to others without hesitation. At the end of the sale Marco felt it was important that I meet Dominic Franchella, the dealership owner. I could tell that Dominic valued my patronage and wanted to make sure that I was treated well by his sales team. No worries in that regard. They're doing it the right way at Stamford Ford and Lincoln. More

Our experience with Stamford Ford Lincoln I myself had a two yr. lease vehicle and was looking for the early bird special, but wanted to visit other dealerships. We first met Dominic Francella . He was so friendly and helpful we knew we can to the right place. He introduced us to Marco Salazar who took the time to find us the right vehicle for our needs. After a test drive with a new Escape I was excited. He was very professional and helpful, all the paperwork was done promptly and he was able to find the vehicle I wanted in color, etc. to be delivered and ready for me to pick up in a few days. During our time talking my husband who had a F150 he purchased a couple of years ago started asking Marco what he thought about maybe selling his truck and I turn lease a new one. Marco started looking and working out numbers, etc. and It started to seem like something we might consider. When we went to pick up my new Escape, a new F150 had just arrived in the lot and Marco said he had something to show us. Well, it was perfect and everything made sense and worked out for us. Marco not only for filled my needs quickly he was able to manage my husbands as well. We are extremely satisfied with Stamford Ford Lincoln, and especially Marco and Dominic for all their help and welcoming us. We would recommend them to all our friends and co workers... Thank you. When I walked into Ford in Stamford, I had complete faith that I was being led in the right direction. I felt like they had my best interest and were willing to meet any criteria I had.
