No one answers phones, have to ask for something three times before you get it done. Never refunded my deposit once I took possession of vehicle. Went to test drive a Lincoln Navigator; I recognized Marco on the floor and said hi to him (leased from him a Ford in the past). What a big mistake a made! Made me feel uncomfortable the whole time as l Marco on the floor and said hi to him (leased from him a Ford in the past). What a big mistake a made! Made me feel uncomfortable the whole time as look like I was doing him a favor for being there. I expressed my concerns regarding the car we test drove, and mentioned that probably wasn't going to work for me as I'm 6'2 tall, and the visor on the windshield bothered me. Marco said that was impossible as he drives the same car, and he doesn't have the same issue. Too bad Marco is not even close to be 6'2........... I guess with the chip shortages and the all car industry situation made some subpar sales person feeling like Gods on earth.......I'll see you (NOT), when the market goes back to their standard.
