Toby was very professional, listened to my needs. He was patient and accommodating through my decision making process. He conveyed my desires to the finance department who intern did not listen. I agreed to finance a portion of the vehicle and ask Toby to convey not to check more than two sources. He offered a solution and I accepted. The next day I recited seven inquiries placed by the finance department which intern lowered my credit score almost a hundred points. I will have to say had it not been for Toby’s help in reaching out to management I would not have purchased a car from Wilde Automotive. Since my purchase I have put another $1000 out for a flat tire and another payment on my previous car. I feel as though there was too much time wasted in finance. I think someone could have alerted my previous finance company and let them know I no longer owned the vehicle and you would be paying it off. I would definitely recommend Wilde Automotive but feel you need attention in the area of finance. I’ve been in business 41 years and the most important attribute a good salesman can have is to listen to the customer. If you listen, focus on what you hear and meet those needs, the sale will come.
