Important to note that I had a previous experience at this dealership that was not positive and would not have stepped foot in the dealership if it had not been for the location and the particular vehicle I was interested in. Marcos and Arturo changed my perspective on the dealership to an entirely positive one. Next, we were introduced to a lovely gentleman from the Finance Dept. who listened to what we wanted and respected our wishes. Finally, they detailed the car, set up and synced my profile, put a big red bow on the front and handed me the keys. This was absolutely one of the most enjoyable experiences I’ve had purchasing a vehicle.
