I needed service for my GV80 and made an appointment with Werner. I was greeted and my vehicle placed in que immediately upon my arrival. My service advisor took time to go over my service needs as we with Werner. I was greeted and my vehicle placed in que immediately upon my arrival. My service advisor took time to go over my service needs as well as explained the process and about how long it would it take. He also made sure my appointment accurately reflected the cost I was quoted. I received updates on my car's progress on a regular basis. I have leased three and purchased one car from Werner Hyundai. Up until recently I have been very please with the service department. When I tried to call to make an appointment, the animated voice repeated itself several times and never moved my call to the service department. I had to replace my call several times over several days. When the service tech got ready to check me out he didn't know how to look up my records to be sure the services I got were covered by the new warranties I purchased when I purchased my car off least. When I had to bring my car back in to get the services I had prepaid for but weren't done, the service was slow because my car got put in the wrong place. I realize that a lot of the service techs may be new and just learning the procedures but the service wasn't what I was use to. More
