I was in the middle of signing documents to buy a car as I walked over to finance department to provide my down payment, the team informed the finance team member that the car was sold. Basically they were I walked over to finance department to provide my down payment, the team informed the finance team member that the car was sold. Basically they were selling one car to two people at the same time. Marcus was rude , unaccomodating, disrespectful, and unprofessional. He did not understand as a manager you take accountability for your teams failure. A simple apology would of been great! Other team members were clearly disappointed and embarrassed by the whole situation, but Marcus took the opportunity to share he wasn't interested( his words). More
