Ed was okay and the insurance lady was okay. Marcus was terse. It seemed like I was an imposition to even deal with. The other man with whom I signed papers, his initials are LL and he's from Ki Marcus was terse. It seemed like I was an imposition to even deal with. I told him three times I didn't want a warranty; I told him three times I was paying cash. I don't know if he saw my white hair and thought I was stupid. Or if he just deals with women like that anyway. Now the main reason I won't recommend this dealership is because I paid almost $2,000 for some Al Hendrickson package that I was required to buy and I have no available information on. I asked five times for the pamphlet on this package I was always told oh yeah I'll get it for you. I never got it. I texted Ed to get information on the package and he sent me an app that I cannot get linked to for some reason. And then told me that he would have the pamphlet mailed to me. It is now a week since the purchase. It wouldn't take a week for any mail to come from Coconut Creek to Lauderhill. So I'm letting you know I want the pamphlet. More

If you negotiate check that they submitted that amount on final balance and don’t. Let them force you or fall for the lies about warranty. You don’t want warranty you say no. I left and came back the next day .Since I wasn't financing and paying cash they could not give me a break on all those extra's I didn't want.......Your Financial Service Leader EVAN LEMONS walked in the room like he was doing us a favor..and making faces when I didn't know what he was talking about ....He was Arrogant (in fact I told him so).and very unprofessional..Having an accident and needing a car immediately I would have left the first day....I will never go back and will get my car serviced at one of your other dealers in Pompano Beach. I’m applaud at the level of misrepresentation and manipulation displayed at this dealership. The mannerisms of some employees are unacceptable and it spoils it for the caring employees.
