Great experience. Marcus in sales was great to work with. Overall the experience was low preasure and I was never being preasured to buy anything I didn't want. Vitor the business manager was great to work with as well. There weren't many efforts to upsell any unnecessary dealership items. A couple warranties were offered, but given the situation a warranty could be a good purchase. I was not pressured into purchasing either of the warranties though. After making the purchase I feel I got exactly what I was looking for at a fair price. Extremely happy overall and would buy another car there in the future. More

Even when my lease wasn't quite close to the end, he proactively reached out to see if there was any interest. Amidst Covid, I wasn't ready to pull the trigger and waited. Couple months later, when I was ready, we reconnected and he was even able to track down the exact car I wanted in the color and with the options I needed when there was no more inventory. Kudos for the extra effort and short timeline. Very much appreciated as I know I can be quite the picky customer. Signing the paperwork was a breeze and he was able to take the old car off my hands immediately and he even switched over my plates. I literally hopped into the new car and drove away within an hour. As if that was not enough, he also connected with my insurance to get the updated registration to forward to me. And that is what I call seamless. Thanks again Marcus!
