A Painless Experience Two weeks ago, my husband and I found a 2016 Avalon through True Car. We drove the hour to the Herb Chambers Lexus of Hingham dealership, talked with Two weeks ago, my husband and I found a 2016 Avalon through True Car. We drove the hour to the Herb Chambers Lexus of Hingham dealership, talked with Marcus Karam, test drove the car and decided to buy it then and there. We had not bought a car from a dealership in years and were impressed with the friendly staff, hospitality cafe and most importantly, the lack of pressure placed on us to purchase the car by our sales person, Marcus Karam. The finance person, Johnny Saghbini, was friendly, and enthusiastically worked with us to find the best financial option so we could buy the Avalon. Unable to pick up the car for 2 weeks, the dealership took care of the registration, inspection, and a full tank of gas. When we arrived to pick up today, Marcus hooked up the Bluetooth to my phone, and reviewed some of the other bells and whistles. The entire experience was seamless and painless. Thank you!! More
